Updated Roots Need Control 3.0.  
1. Added difficulty selection.
2. In normal difficulty, blood clouds do not appear and recover automatically in case of physical recovery. And the root cannot be moved.
3. Some of the tutorial contents have been modified according to the addition of difficulty selection.
4. Fighter aiming has been improved.

3. 난이도 선택 추가에 따라 튜토리얼 내용 일부를 수정했습니다.
4. 전투기의 조준 부분을 개선했습니다.
